Nelsons CNC Aluminium End Caps are all made on our CNC Machining centres to tightly fit every individual extrusion with precision quality. They all have a bevelled edge on the underside for easy installation. All our aluminium end caps are all made in house from premium quality 6060 T5 Mill finished aluminium bar. Aluminium end caps are easy to install, simply knock-in using a rubber mallet. Our aluminium end caps will be a tight fit when installed correctly. Aluminium end caps can be powder coated, wood grain imaged or anodised before or after installation.  All end caps custom made with over 200 sizes currently available online.
