Shipping policy

Regular Shipping Terms for Australian & New Zealand Customers 

Shipping Methods:
    •    We offer reliable shipping options to both Australia and New Zealand, using trusted carriers such as Fedex and Australia Post. 
    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Shipping Time:
•    Stocked items will be shipped the same day if we receive your order by 1pm. You will receive a email notification when your order has been dispatched.
•    TNT Overnight Express QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC: 1-2 business days. Regional ares 2-3 business days. 
•    TNT Express Overnight WA, SA, NT, Tasmania:  2-3 business days. Regional areas 4-6 days.
•    Australia Post QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC: 3 - 5 business days.  Regional areas 4-6 business days.
•    Australia Post WA, SA, NT, Tasmania: 5 - 10 days
•    New Zealand: 7-15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the specific location and external factors such as weather conditions and public holidays.

Customs & Duties for NZ:
    •    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.
    •    These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery or at the time of importation.
    •    We recommend that customers check with their local customs office for the applicable rates and regulations before placing an order.

Tracking:
    •    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package.
    •    Tracking information will be available through the shipping carrier’s website. Please contact us direct if you have not received your tracking number info@nelsonscnc.com.au and quote your order number. 

Return & Exchange Policy:
    •    We accept returns for orders within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details on how to initiate a return or exchange.

Shipping Restrictions:
    •    We currently only ship to physical addresses in Australia and New Zealand. TNT will not ship to P.O. boxes.
